Wall Street flat as retailers’ views spark caution

NEW YORK (Reuters) – U.S. stocks were little changed on Tuesday as outlooks from Target and Home Depot sparked caution about holiday spending, offsetting upbeat broker views on Microsoft and Exxon Mobil .
